Julie & Julia and a blog makeover

There is no longer a need for news posts to fill the pages of Exercise and Eat.

I am currently going in and out of watching what I can assume to be many food bloggers' favorite movie: Julie & Julia.
While I can't experiment to the same degree (school, job, internship, college life), I am going to turn my blog into something that one day may hope to be comparable to Eat, Live, Run or Peanut Butter and Jenny (sweet blog name, I always used to want to open a shop because of our shared first name!)

Today, I will leave you with a small food re-cap of what I've eaten, with a special foreign highlight of what may be the most delicious, indulgent treat I've met to date.
Eats for today have included:

A pre-workout White Chocolate Macadamia Clif Bar: Yum-O!!! I tried the Cranberry Orange Nutbread yesterday... it left much to be desired, but it could just be that my tastebuds are drawn to sweeter nibbles:)

*Pause for 45-minute-long Gauntlet sesh- actually what they call it at GHFC*

Post-workout: Wait for it, wait for it... because I did: the Pumpkin Pie-flavored Stonyfield yogurt!
This seasonal flavor took me a trip to Orlando and two trips to Tampa to get a hold of at Whole
Foods! (Noooo worries bloggies, I had to get my iPod fixed a la Orlando, and got to return home to the beach and living the easy life for my other tries. I'm not just driving around all of central Florida in search of a Whole Foods like a crazed lunatic:) Though I must say it was worth it:)
I'm currently munching a late lunch, thanks to a screwy class sched: tuna, green grape and Miracle Whip mix between whole wheat toast:)

Back to Julie & Julia- But, first and as promised... (drum roll, please)

Krowka!!! Theeee most delicious Polish treat known to man- it's called cream fudge here but tastes more caramelly (looove inventing words) and has a chewy center... wonder what this is like drizzled over oats?

And, yes, that is Christmas tinsel you see lining my kitchen island as of November 10;))) Does Michael Buble have a holiday CD?
